CLIENT PORTFOLIO ANALYST

The Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM) is pleased to invite qualified professionals to apply for the position of Client Portfolio Analyst.

These services combine consulting, training, group facilitation, and peer learning opportunities for teams working in a nonprofit or a group working across organizations toward a common goal. This is a hybrid model position with in-person meetings and events as needed. CNM is committed to ensuring the safety and health of its employees and stakeholders especially when meeting in-person. Current COVID-19 regulations are followed and considered baseline precautions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Client Portfolio Analyst partners with CNM leadership and, as a member of the Client Services Team, supports organizational systems and processes, collaboratively implements projects, helps ensure client success, assists with strategic decision-making, and ensures quality control of CNM’s products and services.

  • Works directly with CNM leadership and the Client Services Team to maintain and refine project management, data management, and client management systems
  • Supports in managing and maintaining the CNM pipeline (of all current leads and opportunities); supports CNM leadership in determining eligibility, projected timelines and capacity needs for each lead and opportunity; and assists in meeting proposal deadlines and requirements
  • Prepares and provides regular status updates around current projects and proposal opportunities, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and activities to inform strategic decisions and staffing assignments
  • Identifies, synthesizes, and shares trends and timely considerations with CNM leadership and Client Services Team to inform strategic decision-making and contextualize changes in workflow
  • Assists Client Services Team in data sensemaking, analysis, synthesis, preparation, and visualization for stakeholders including current and potential clients, board members, staff, and partners
  • Aids staff in project related activities including preparation of materials for presentations, reports using data visualization techniques, data management, data collection (focus groups, interviews, and survey monkey) as well as documenting, note-taking, and transcribing
  • Coordinates with CNM leadership and accounting to manage and track contracts, invoices, and other financial deadlines
  • Copy-edits and ensures quality of CNM’s products and services to build and support stronger organizations
  • Co-facilitates internal and public trainings around project management and client management systems and processes
  • Other duties, as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree related to business, project management, organizational development, data analytics, or the nonprofit field, or 3 years of related experience and/or relevant training in customer service, administration, community engagement, or technical support
  • Experience in building relationships and collaborating with multiple teams on multiple projects
  • Experience managing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com, SurveyMonkey, Eventbrite, and Zoom (experience in each platform is strongly preferred)
  • Ability to effectively communicate using multiple platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, email, and Monday.com
  • Ability to manage multiple, tight deadlines and work under pressure, with an emphasis on strong prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and initiative
  • High degree of ethics and integrity
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)

SALARY RANGE:

  • Non-Exempt, F/T
  • $25-$27/hour dependent upon experience
  • Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and long-term D&D insurance, 403(b) and underground parking
