SUMMARY
Provides guidance and formal organization of E.K. Machines Power Generation projects by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversees all aspects of Power Products projects; responsible for the organization and completion of those projects.
Provides superior customer service and builds positive customer relationships with Power Products customers.
Manages the front-end design process. Works closely with purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing to meet the product specifications.
Acts as a liaison between the sales department and manufacturing/engineering.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of the projects.
Manages budget to estimate, reports inconsistencies.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.
Monitors product profitability continuously and takes appropriate actions to meet or exceed company objectives.
Analyzes complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develops corrective actions.
Conducts research, evaluates the results and reports on customer satisfaction.
Performs additional duties as requested by the Director of Power Products Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Five to seven years related experience in project management and a High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
