Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Partner with Gaylord’s sales team to understand, document, and accurately quote customer’s exhibit display requests.

Partner with internal and external resources to meet product cost, quality, and delivery expectations.

Have a working knowledge of Gaylord’s product offerings.

Document, interpret and provide supporting documentation such as written descriptions, CAD technical drawings, options detail, logistical challenges, etc.

Provide project related customer support.

Provide support to research and develop initiatives. Incorporate customer feedback and suggestions into product development and enhancement.

Provide support for coordinating larger supplies opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years CAD/CAM software and fabrication experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and supervise coworkers as needed.

Knowledge/Experience

• Product knowledge
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Technical drawing knowledge
• Well-developed organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards.

Pay: $49,500.00 - $77,500.00 per year
