Position Title: Project Manager

Business Segment: Greco Railings USA

Department: Project Management

Greco Architectural Metal Products, a CSW Industrials company, is seeking a traveling Project Manager to join the team. This role reports to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for leading the team of field installers on the installation of various on-site projects in different geographical locations.

Position Purpose:

Responsible for successful scheduling, execution, monitoring, delegating, overseeing, and closing of installation projects on job sites. Good clear constant communication to the customer and the Greco team is key to success in the role.

Essential Functions:

• Must be willing to travel Monday through Friday for a week at a time away from home
• Ensures projects are completed on time
• Responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may occur during construction phase
• Acts as liaison to communicate between inhouse installers and subcontractors
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to project schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes are followed
• Negotiate with external installation vendors on contract agreements

Essential Skills, Education & Experience:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• PMP highly preferred
• Overnight travel required up to 75% of the time
• 5 years of on-site construction workeragement experience
• 2 years of experience supervising construction personnel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Field measure experience is a must
• Installation experience would be an asset
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
