Estimator/Project Manager
Area General Contractor specializing in Industrial and commercial construction projects is seeking an experienced project estimator/project manager with at least 5 years experience in civil, structural, and or mechanical estimating and project management. Pulp & Paper Mill experience preferred. Required skills include but are not limited to the ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings, review proposal specifications, attend pre-bid construction meetings to determine the scope of work and the required content for preparing estimates. Proficient computer skills with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Projects are a requirement. Strengths should include excellent oral and written communication skills, self motivated, ability to work in a fast paced office and field site environment, and solid leadership skills.
