Job Description :

Part-time Legal Assistant needed for global healthcare organization supporting the Legal Affairs department. Approx. 20 hours a week, one day onsite in Aurora to provide overall administrative support to the busy team! Working with mail, calendars, scheduling, invoices, DocuSign, expenses and newsletters. Beautiful new office, friendly team, plenty of training. Pays up to $25/hr.

Job Duties:
  • Provide a wide range of Administrative duties to the Legal Affairs team
  • Manage calendars, mail, notices, expenses data entry and filing
  • Supply inventory, correspondence and track newsletter data
Job Requirements:
  • Able to work onsite one day in Aurora
  • Strong legal support background, specifically in contracts
  • Organized, high attention to detail and strong communicator
  • Proficient in MS Office and DocuSign
