Currently seeking full time/on-going, per diem coverage or weekend availability which includes day or evening hours for PT/Physical Therapist in SNF setting to perform evaluation, treatment, patient/family education, in a state of the art SNF Rehab Department. You will work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team. This facility is extremely accommodating with hours and days if the fit between therapist and facility is agreed upon.

• Training on ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and diathermy for multiple diagnosis such as but not limited to wounds, cardiac, pulmonary, contractures, multiple sclerosis. CEU’s available with program development.
• Dementia program specializing in quality of life. Program based on patients' involvement in their own care and engaging in activities personalized to their needs.
• The Director of Rehabilitation generates a schedule for therapists that bring out their strengths and fosters growth within themselves.
