Resource Options, Inc. has several opportunities available for career-oriented individuals for our Recruiting and Account Management Program.

About The Position

As the Recruiter, you are responsible for generating interest from potential candidates for employment through building a professional network of contacts, referral sources, and training institutions in our targeted industries. The Recruiter will serve as a representative of ROI and our clients as they engage with candidates in our marketplace.

A Look Inside The Job

• Partner with experienced Account Managers, Division Managers and Recruiters to identify top talent, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Identify qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels, sourcing tools, as well as an established database. This includes cold-calling, following up on leads from various sources, networking, and other techniques
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process with an emphasis on building trust and engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with contacts to gain industry knowledge, by generating candidate referrals and business opportunities
• Bring energy and excitement every day and implement your ideas!

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Experience in a team-oriented environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
