For over 25 years, Tryfacta has provided workforce services and solutions for Healthcare, Admin, and Information Technologies. We are looking for a bedside Registered Nurse to work at a hospital based skilled nursing and rehab center located in the heart of San Francisco, CA.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities and Duties:

The Registered Nurse assesses and identifies patients' needs, then implements and monitors the patient's medical plan and treatment. The Registered Nurse also ensures patient care is conducted according to the facility's policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse reports to the Director of Nursing.

Registered Nurse Required Experience:

    One year of experience as a Registered Nurse
    One year of experience in a skilled nursing rehab setting

Registered Nurse Requirements:

    BLS/CPR
    CA RN license
    COVID Vaccination

Registered Nurse Benefits Include:

Registered Nurse Pay Rate:

    $93.75 an hour

Registered Nurse Shifts:

    Day shift: 7a-3p Night shift 11p-7a Monday - Friday Every other weekend availability is a must
