Nurses coordinate and deliver care to nursing home residents in skilled post-hospital rehab, long term and Memory Units. Award winning and nationally recognized, Josephine is known for uncompromising service.

Responsibilities and assignments include: Medication/treatment administration with assessment and care planning using the nursing process in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
