The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to Home Health Care patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
• Provide care to patients in person in their homes
• Prepare and record clinical notes for the clinical record
• perform assigned tasks ordered, including the administration of treatments and medications, and assessments of the patient
• Follow up with case managers and physicians as needed
• Electronic documentation and paper documentation should meet the standards of state and federal guidelines for home care services, and should be performed and completed while at the patients home
• Participate in continuing education as required

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
• CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance
• Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and pass a fit to work physical

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
