Jasper Products, LLC is an industry-leading manufacturer of extended shelf life (ESL) and aseptically packaged food and beverage products with a state-of-the-art production facility in Joplin. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

This position will be directly involved with the development of a variety of ready-to-drink Aseptic and ESL beverages. The selected candidate will function in a direct contact role during Kosher audits and on-site product development by customers. Job will entail frequent small scale batching, sensory evaluation of new & existing formulations, and ingredient sourcing activities. Successful candidates should have a degree in Science or Food Technology and will be expected to learn the fundamentals of food and beverage formulation, allergen issues, GMP’s, Kosher requirements, organic regulations, and state and federal regulations related to packaging and labeling.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and PC skills including Windows, Outlook, and Excel will also be required. The successful candidate will be extremely hands-on and be comfortable learning R&D from the routine tasks up to higher level responsibilities. Qualified candidates need to have strong analytical and administrative skills. Attention to detail, being a self-starter and an attitude of conformance are a must.
