The Life of an HCA Nurse

We are seeking a House Supervisor Registered Nurse to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? This Part-Time position will work 2 12-hr shifts (7p - 7a).

Responsibilities:

• Assumes the responsibility for Administrative Operations of the medical center during the evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts.

• Collaborates with the Administrator on call and/or other members of the Management team to insure appropriate facility resources and response to meet organization wide health care service responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians, other departments, to coordinate the needs of patients and their families.

• Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner.

• Supports the mission and vision of the facility, division and company.

• Assures quality care through the initiation and evaluation of patient care utilizing performance improvement processes.

Qualifications You Will Need:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursingrequired.
• Bachelor of Science inNursing preferred.
• Currently licensed as a registeredprofessional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an activecompact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
• BLSand ACLS upon hire
• Three years currentexperience in a hospital environment required.
• One year as a charge nurse or other management positionpreferred.
