Role Summary/Purpose:

As a result of the rapid growth and success of our Robotic Process Automation practice we are looking to hire a new team member. Our aim is to radically improve how our business teams operate, delivering faster, more efficient and higher quality customer service. We are looking for a smart, hard-working and creative and flexible RPA developer, who is eager to have a significant, tangible impact through improving the operations for our business teams.

This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Responsibilities:

• You will be primarily responsible for coding and configuring automation process components to meet defined requirements.
• You will also validate the automation scripts by performing unit tests, end to end testing of bots including user acceptance testing.
• You will participate in problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, fixing and reporting defects.
• You will collaborate with other development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
• You will Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues timely and participate in an on-call support as-needed.
• You will maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline or MCA with 2+ years of IT experience; OR in lieu of a degree, 4+ years of IT experience.
• Certified RPA developer with minimum 1 year of hands on experience with Automation Anywhere RPA tool.
• Knowledge of Metabot development.
• Basic programming knowledge on HTML, Vbscript JavaScript (or any scripting language).
• Experience with consuming APIs through bots.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
