We are looking for exceptional talent to join our team at Quali T! Since 1990, we have been a distributor of promotional items, embroidered apparel, and custom screen-printed garments. We are an industry leading company, located in Luxemburg, WI, who is passionate about delivering well-designed, high quality products that consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Quali T was recently renovated, with new offices, updated software, and a cloud based technology platform.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who is responsible, focused, resourceful, optimistic, insightful, honest, independent, coachable, and communicative, with hands-on solutions to bring value to each customer. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will: use convincing assertions to present, promote and sell solutions, products and services to existing and potential customers; conduct cost benefit and needs analysis to meet the requirement of existing and potential customers; exceed our client’s expectations by providing them with creative solutions, as a full-service promotional advertising agency. You must have a “can-do” attitude and be an expert at identifying opportunities, as well as work independently to achieve personal performance goals.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced with administrative work, coach-able, and have both strong technical and sales/customer service skills!
You will:
Prospect through outreach emails, phone-calls, social media, and face-to-face meetings;
Work closely with our sales and management teams to guide you on this path to success;
Serve a client base and ensure full customer satisfaction;
Deliver solution driven presentations to business partners;
Become a positive contributor to the organization;
Accurately track and record activities in commonsku;
Meet or exceed expected monthly and quarterly sales milestones; and
Maintain consistent attention to detail, self-discipline, and grit.
You need:
A Bachelor's or an Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or any equivalent experience;
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Ad Specialty and Promotional Product industry;
Advanced presentational, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
The ability to work well under pressure;
Superior work ethic and effective time management skills;
The ability to solve problems and find creative solutions to sales challenges;
The desire to excel and grow within the organization;
CRM experience;
The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision; and
The desire to learn and be coachable.
