Overview

Lula’s Garden is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst with strong analytical skills who thrives in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. This position will require steadfast partnership with executive leadership and various teams to plan, forecast, and predict both demand and sales of product, while translating these results into actionable solutions for our thriving e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify business needs; particularly as it related to BOM’s (Bill of Materials) in our ERP system software; including product audits, and ensuring accuracy of purchasing and planning master data for assigned materials and products to improve business operations
• Responsible for inventory management; understand and maintain minimum necessary raw materials and finished product inventory
• Report status of inventory levels against inventory targeted goods to maximize profit
• Identify trends and review and manage demand for all business needs
• Forecast business requirements and maintain integrity of forecasts for ERP runs
• Analyze and convert ERP messages into purchase and work orders
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes based on industry best practices and current technology trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant technical fields such as Business Analytics, Computer Science
• 1-3 years of hands on experience with ERP System Technology, with deep understanding of ERP domains – inventory management and/or E-Commerce experience a huge plus!
• Expertise in communicating progress at each phase of development
• Experience creating actionable solutions from insights drawn in ERP system software
• Excellent attention to detail with strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively among various leaders and team members
