We are seeking a Sales Associate Product Specialist to join our team! You will gain education on the different flooring types and their benefits to help customers to best meet their flooring needs. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions.

This will be a set schedule with some flexibility. There will be a mix of office tasks and sales, must be able to work independently and with a team. Interest in construction/design is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields 3 years preferred

Ability to build rapport with clients

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask

Experience with Quickbooks a plus

Attention to detail

Basic math skills
