SALES ASSOCIATE/CASHIER

Duties

• Builds rapport with existing and potential customer base to encourage customers to use Barri products and services.
• Advises customers about rates while gathering key information to find solutions for BFG customers.
• Works with highly confidential information such as customer financial records.
• Maintains current procedural knowledge for compliance guideline standard.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the US
• Must be 17 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills for constant interaction with prospective customers via in person approach, or by telephone.
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and practices.
• Ability to analyze customer needs & make recommendations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Must speak Spanish fluently

· Open sales floor or a supermarket customer service booth.

· Flexible schedules between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Sunday.
