Stays abreast of multi-state regulatory requirements and company and client policies. Strong understanding or certification of QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks

Understanding of Workday architecture, security, and Workday HR domains (Business Objects). Streamline and optimize the existing reporting library.

Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve end-user technical support issues quickly and accurately (a desktop support wizard). A college degree is preferred.
