If you are a Sales Executive in Industrial Software looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! This role will be 100% remote based in the United States . You will be responsible for driving business growth and meeting annual orders targets for Emerson’s Industrial Software business in assigned accounts, developing and leading account penetration plans. The Industrial Software business features innovative solutions for operations management, simulation, operational improvement, data management, and analytics across a wide variety of manufacturing and process industries. The software enables users to achieve operational excellence in the areas of safety, reliability, production, and environmental sustainability.
The successful candidate will have experience and a proven track record in selling software solutions to industrial clients, working across customer stakeholders with OT, IT, and C-level responsibility. You will be driven to achieve exceptional business growth working at an enterprise level with strategic accounts. You must be both technically savvy and have a high level of business acumen to create and communicate innovative solutions that deliver quantifiable results to clients.
In addition, this individual will be an integral team member representing Industrial Software offerings in large enterprise Digital Transformation / Operations Improvement / Capital Project pursuits that may include everything from sensors to cloud deployed enterprise solutions.
AS A SALES EXECUTIVE – INDUSTRIAL SOFTWARE YOU WILL:
Grow Software License, Subscription and Services Orders for Industrial Software at assigned accounts
Build Trusted Advisor Relationships Establish relationships with C-Level Business, Digital & IT executive sponsors, and Operations Leadership on assigned accounts

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $134,000.00 to $214,000.00 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
