Roofing Sales Opportunity
Independent Roofing & Siding Sales Representatives needed to prospect and develop roofing & siding sales. Pay is commission based with uncapped pay potential. Independent Sales Reps can expect to earn $60K - $275K annually.

Duties will include:

• Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans
• Meet with homeowners
• Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of work/damage and need for repair
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required
• Prepare estimates using a CRM based platform
• Customer follow-up and follow-through is critical
• Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for their project
• Order project material through company vendors
• Collect payment for services completed
• Develop referrals and generate positive company reviews
• May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Previous experience in roofing & siding sales may be helpful but is not required. We offer all training necessary for all new hires.

• Applicant must be extremely self-motivated and able to work with minimal daily supervision
• Must be of sound persona character and a positive representation of the values of our company (integrity, honesty, respect, quality, customer-focused, etc.)
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have a flexible work schedule including Saturdays when necessary.
• Must have necessary computer skills and be able to learn our company-specific CRM software
• Must have a clean drivers license
• Independent Sales Reps are responsible for handling payments from customers, therefore, applicants of the highest moral caliber will be considered

The following skills will be helpful but are NOT required:

• Roofing or construction experience
• Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials
• Experience in project costing or planning
• Previous Sales experience

Benefits and Compensation:

• Sales Representatives are hired as Independent Contractors and are paid a commission on each project completed
• Average Independent Sales Reps with a full sales pipeline can expect to earn between

$60K - $275K annually
