We offer design assistance to help homeowners select the right combination of products that will enhance their home’s beauty, reduce energy costs, and increase their home’s value. We are looking for driven, dynamic and design-oriented experienced Sales Consultants for our Wichita Outside Sales Team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Travel to pre-set and pre-qualified meetings with customers and close deals.
• Discuss product offerings with homeowners.
• Assist residential homeowners with identifying products that best fit their needs.
• Attend professional paid training and weekly sales meetings.
• Familiarize yourself with industry leading product samples.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• In-home sales, outside sales or direct sales experience (design experience is a plus)
• Influential, persuasive communication and presentation skills
• Strong Work Ethic and Drive to Succeed!
• Flexible schedule – homeowner appointments may be in the evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
• High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent

PAY:

• Average Earning Potential of $150k Plus
• Commission and Bonus
