Compensation & Benefits:
- $75k to $200k in your first year (depending on experience and performance)
- Commission structure is uncapped and we’ve set up a program for a TOP Performer to earn what they are worth

Main Responsibilities in this Position:

1. Meet Sales Objectives – go to preset roof repair and reroof appointments to create a roofing solution for potential clients, overcome objections and close sales.

2. Create Accurate Estimates – by preforming roof & attic inspections, proper measuring and using the company estimating process to ensure that proper profit margins are met

3. Create Positive Relationships with Customers – by meeting time obligations with prospective customers and treating each client with the highest level of care and concern

4. Get Referrals – by working with satisfied customers to get referrals, networking and building relationships

5. Be a Team Player – Attend the 1-2 required meetings each week in order to continually develop your skills and interact positively and professionally with fellow team members

Employment Requirements:
Prior work experience: At least 1 year of face-to-face sales experience or in-home sales (selling roofing or home improvements is a bonus)
Educational degrees: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Physical requirements: Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, walk on roofs without being afraid of heights and enter crawl spaces and tight attics
Skill Requirements: Computer literacy with experience in using CRM Software (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartphone, etc.)
Miscellaneous requirements: Valid Driver’s License. Be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check (for you will be doing both)
