Job Summary

The Salesforce System Analyst position helps ensure stability and utility for the platform used for individual, family, and Medicare markets at HCSC. This position is responsible for ensuring reliable delivery of business needs through the IT systems and solutions within the IT product. The Systems Analyst works closely with the product’s development teams to ensure solutions fit their intended use. They work with various enterprise IT groups to coordinate the test and production systems used by the product.

Responsibilities

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 2 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.

* Certified Salesforce Administrator.

* Certified Platform App Builder

* Must have experience supporting a Salesforce solution

• Working Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration – Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Integration Technologies - Mulesoft/DataLake

* Knowledge of Call Center Technology.

• Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/ Apex/LWC
• Rapid prototyping
• Requirements definition & management
• SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
• System Performance management
• Conceptual thinking
• Creative thinking
• Problem solving and analytical thinking
• Strong oral/written communication skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related
• Ability to execute

* Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
* Certified Service Cloud Consultant

* Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
