Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality legal services to and address the needs of clients and other attorneys.
• Gather and analyze facts, data, and applicable law.
• Prepare legal documents and maintain files.
• Perform legal research in order to inform their work.
• Keep abreast of new laws, legislation, and court decisions.
• Prepare legal strategy.
• Attend law-related events or conferences.
