A role you will love

As our Senior Administrative Assistant to our Specialized Asset Services (SAS) Division of Computershare Corporate Trust (CCT), you will handle all office management functions in Houston, TX. You will be the lynchpin in all day-to-day administrative activities for this team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing overall general administrative support to Vice Presidents and Senior Vice President/Division Manager in SAS
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements and processing expense reports
  • Operational & administrative support for the division including ordering of new equipment, onboarding, and terminations
  • Frequently processing highly confidential and sensitive company data
  • Communicating effectively with the support staff as well as senior management

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for somebody with great communication skills, alongside the ability to build collaborative and effective working relationships with people based in locations across the world.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience supporting multiple leaders is preferred
  • Strong and professional communicator that can partner with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Previous experience in all aspects of travel reservation, cancelations, and special accommodations
  • Highly attentive to detail with a strong emphasis on critical thinking and time management skills
  • Previous MS Teams experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience navigating a multi-time zone team and scheduling

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000. This base pay range is specific to Houston, TX and may not be applicable to other locations.
