Qualifications:

· CPA preferred

· Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills

· Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task

· Strong understanding and knowledge of auditing practices

· Expertise in risk management and compliance

· Excellent time management skills

· Must be team-oriented but able to work independently

· Exhibits core values of integrity, accountability, leadership and
professionalism

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities include:

· Oversee and direct a compliant and accurate auditing process

· Supervise and coach junior staff auditors

· Ensure efficiency of internal controls

· Plan and oversee the auditing process

· Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors

· Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance

· Perform effective risk and control assessments

· Complete audits on time and submit reports to auditing manager

· Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and
efficiency
