Our Compensation Analyst will be an integral member of our Total Rewards team. You will administer our corporate compensation programs, including salary ranges, base salary changes, Short and Long-term incentive programs, benchmarking data, and providing technical and analytical expertise in support of the annual compensation process.

• Are a key contributor to the broader corporate compensation team and have had significant interaction with MISO executive management and external consultants
• Lead the annual compensation survey submission and analysis process
• Built strong relationships and influenced both up and down the organization.
• Have a basic understanding of our business and how the HR team drives organizational value
• Demonstrated MISO core values

What we are looking for…

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of three years of compensation experience
• Job evaluation experience
• Working knowledge and understanding of laws, regulations, and best practices related to executive compensation, SOX internal controls, FAS, GAAP, IRS, FLSA, pay equity
• Advanced PC skills utilizing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with a high level of proficiency and accuracy
• Advanced HRIS proficiency, e.g., ADP and UKG
