This role is critical to our long term success and has potential to grow into an executive level position over time.

Summary:

The Senior Corporate Finance Manger will lead the corporate planning, forecasting, and budgeting process in conjunction with other Financial Managers. In addition, this role will support all acquisition modeling and integration support, including synergy tracking and analysis.

Some of the amazing, high impact work for this key role includes:

• ·Along with Finance Managers, and corporate leadership, develop and report on metrics and KPIs to measure profitability, productivity, utilization rates, cost control, safety, quality, and others as requested.
• Support the Board of Directors and Fabcon executive leadership through the monitoring and updating of all corporate financial models including 3rd party lender models.
• Be a strategic partner in the annual budgeting process by coordinating and leading the interaction and involvement of all necessary stakeholders.
• Lead the development and ongoing update of corporate forecasting model leveraging all required departments and owners.
• Partner with the Finance Manager of Sales to drive pricing and profitability in the market by helping to define key metrics and various ad hoc analysis.
• Work closely with the Finance Manager Manufacturing and corporate accounting on Capital Expense items to actively track estimated spend vs. budget in addition to monitoring the timing of actual cash expenditures.
• Partner with Finance Managers to develop and track costs saving initiatives and synergies obtained through acquisitions.
• Support leaders for Project Management, Scheduling and Field Operations in the development of KPIs and drive profitability through better understanding and measurement of costs and revenue/margin generation.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other related field required. Master’s degree in finance preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 7+ years of FP&A leadership experience.
• In depth modelling and forecasting experience
• Experience working within various ERP systems and integrating BI tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau for analytics and decision support.
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industries (preferred)
