Pioneering Decisive Solutions, Inc. (PIDESO), a technology and contracting company, has a Senior Electrical Engineering position available in Wharton, NJ. As a Senior Electrical Engineer with PIDESO, you will be responsible for all phases of development on numerous embedded development automatic test system components and platforms. You will work directly with our customers to define and implement solutions to problems on current platforms and provide expertise in defining future systems.

JOB DUTIES:

• Designs, tests, and maintains large-scale electronic systems equipment for use in military and manufacturing, by developing and testing components such as Instrument, Test Program Set, and Test Equipment Design and Development.
• Use computer-assisted engineering design software and equipment to perform assignments.
• Applies principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish goals.
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs, and applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
• Confirms systems and components capabilities by designing testing methods and testing properties.
• Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements, researching, and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
• Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods, and testing finished products and system capabilities.
• Provides consultation on complex projects and act as a top-level contributor/specialist.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Education: A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution.

Required Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the design, integration, support, and analysis of military electronics. Specifically, with engineering functions as related to design, test, or installation of complex military electronic systems. Ability to understand hardware requirements. Ability to work independently, prioritize and work multiple tasks at once.

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree

Desired Experience:

• C/C++, or C#
• Circuit Card design/development (e.g., OrCAD)
• Ability to create hardware schematics
• Test Program Set Development
• Test Equipment Development,
• Instrument Design and Development

This position requires an active, or the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
