Century Group is excited to partner with a repeat client who is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to their team due to ongoing business growth. They are a smaller tight knit team that predominantly operates in the office with hybrid flexibility. This role will work closely with the Finance Manager to support a variety of finance tasks including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Someone with a keen analytical eye and the desire to put their finger print on a newly created position while working with a kind, smart and well respected manager should apply.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $110,000 per year.

Location: Denver (hybrid)

Job Duties:

• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual forecasting and variance analysis
• Annual budgeting
• Utilize Excel to review and asses various data sources
• Present information to various business leaders
• Collaborate closely with various departments to understand the business and draw meaningful insights
• Ad-hoc analysis

Requirements:

• 3+ years FP&A experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Very strong data analysis and Excel
• Understanding and use of an ERP and financial reporting software
• Desire to lean in, problem solve and work as a business partner
