Job Description: Looking for Senior NetApp Storage & Systems engineer with extensive experience in on NetApp ONTAP Add Notes, ONTAP Volume Moves and SVM DR Migration services in an operational support capacity.

Skills Requirement NetApp:

· Manage, maintain NetApp Clusters to ensure peak performance in an enterprise environment.

· Familiar with and have a working knowledge as well as hands on experience with NetApp Management and replication tools.

· Familiar with and have a working knowledge of Fabric Pool, Fibre channel, CIFS, NVMe, Flex Groups, SVM DR, and Snapshots.

· Initialize SVM DR SnapMirror relationships to new DR cluster, perform final sync updates and cutover from source array to ONTAP destination cluster

· Ability to provide storage provisioning for CIFS and fiber channel resources.

· Ability to create & administer storage aggregates and LIFs per network design and where required migrate Data LIFs between cluster nodes

· Familiar with and have a working knowledge along with hands on experience with Brocade Fibre Channel switches. Zoning and switch OS upgrades.

· Maintain and monitor cluster performance tuning and troubleshoot as it relates to file (CIFS SHARES) and block storage.

· NetApp ONTAP : Join Controllers, Add Nodes, Volume Moves and Eject Nodes

· Develop Data Migration plan based on migration of source volumes to destinations/SVM volume mappings and zoning changes

General Project Requirements:

• Design, configure, and maintain NetApp storage systems and their associated systems.

• Monitor storage capacity and performance and make recommendations on system optimization.

• Troubleshoot storage system issues, and provide solutions to problems.

• Develop and maintain storage system documentation.

• Work with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of storage systems.

• Develop scripts for automating storage system processes.
