Customer Service is the heartbeat of our company. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you’ll examine contact center data to identify and deliver key insights to inform our continued mission to deliver an excellent experience for our customers.

Position Responsibilities

• Collect and review data from multiple Customer Service systems / databases to deliver observations and make recommendations on process improvements.

• Create and execute SQL queries or Power BI dashboards for performance, statistical and other reporting needs.

• Provide technical and business knowledge support to the Customer Service team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5+ years data mining / analysis experience.

• In-depth knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Experience with Power BI and / or data visual techniques.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
