OVERVIEW OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for handling approximately 26 properties
• Oversee all tasks and duties regarding both accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciliation credit card and bank account reconciliations
• Manage the reconciliation of general ledger accounts and prepare/post journal entries
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Prepare tax packages for calendar year ends
• Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal reporting requirements
• Reconciliation credit card and bank account reconciliations
• Participate in Budgeting
• Interact with banking/lending contacts regarding disbursement requests, escrows and other related items
• Assist in managing new leases, lease renewals and agreements in Yardi Voyager
• 1099 tax form processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in using QuickBooks
• Previous property accounting background preferred
• Knowledge of CAM Reconciliations a Plus
• Yardi software experience a plus
