Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Administration, Software Engineering, or related field.

Conducts individual sessions, evaluates psychological activities, evaluates training programs and performs assessments and interprets results.

Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve end-user technical support issues quickly and accurately (a desktop support wizard). A college degree is preferred.
