Prepare guest checks through POS terminal functions and process guest payments by cash, credit card, comps and all other tender types.

Any combination equivalent to a bachelors degree in human resources or related field. PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred.

In addition to these qualities, they must also be technically knowledgeable and familiar with POS systems, Micros, NEC phones, Hotel Networks etc.
