You will be supporting the DSC Vision package which is moving the dredging industry forward by allowing them to operate at a much higher throughput rate while maximizing profits.

Major Responsibilities:

· Experience providing onsite and remote software support.

· Experience using remote troubleshooting software. TeamViewer\ GotoAssist

· Able to Install, configure and troubleshoot proprietary software. Training provided.

· Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and fix third-party software applications.

· Experience with networking tools & utilities, ie. Cable testers, multimeters, crimp tools,
IP scanners.

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components in a manufacturing setting.

· Basic understanding of TCP/IP and CAN Bus protocols.

· Assist with SQL database programming and website design.

· Assist with configuring Cloud-based web services, Azure / PowerBI.

· Professional communication skills.

· Potential for light travel to customer facilities.

· Ability to multi-task, manage time and prioritize projects to meet required deadlines.

· Follows all safety rules and regulations as well as all company policies and procedures;
uses/wears all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for assigned tasks.

· Perform other duties as needed.

· Must be able to successfully pass all pre-employment testing and Random drug and alcohol testing.
