Westrom Software is a fast-growing software company that develops, supports, & markets leading QuickBooks add-on software to businesses worldwide.

We are looking for a highly organized & creative professional to work in our Customer Success department. You will be responsible for the onboarding process of new customers which includes:

• Ensure prerequisite items are completed before implementation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Serve as a consultant by engaging with customers to understand their unique business needs.
• Train customers on "Industry Best Practices" & promote product adoption by showing how our software can meet their needs & improve the way they do business.

• Provide ongoing follow up and conduct remote software training sessions for existing customers, as needed.

• Coordinate with other departments during the onboarding process to ensure a customer centric experience.

• Help create & maintain self-serve training materials for customers.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 1-2 years of Training/Coaching experience.

• 1-2 years of Customer Success or related experience preferred.

• Exceptional follow through and attention to detail, with consistent follow-up practices including notetaking and documentation.

• Process/Project Management mindset.

• Ability to learn multiple industries lingo and business practices.

• Can work independently with little or no supervision in a collaborative team environment.

• Able to handle & prioritize multiple projects & incoming customer requests with speed & accuracy.

• Experience with QuickBooks preferred. Some background with accounting software &/or bookkeeping required.

• Ability to build rapport & establish trust with clients over the phone.

• Top-notch presentation & written/verbal communications skills.

• Prior experience dealing directly with both customers & software developers.

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint & Zoom.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, candidates with a technical background, military veterans & applicants with professional credentials or certifications will be considered in lieu of a college degree.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
