Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Epicor 10/Kinetics(cloud)

Position Summary and Purpose: Responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise
resource planning (ERP) and engineering applications to support business operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL:
  • Provide application support to local and remote end users of the ERP and engineering systems
  • Maintain and enhance ERP and engineering systems while adhering to established programming standards
  • Design, develop and test new and upgraded applications
  • Document and train users on application developments and enhancements
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current programming languages, language enhancements and system tools

Education and Experience:
REQUIRED:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a information technology or engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years experience providing engineering, software development, operations analysis and support
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc.
REQUIRED:
  • Prior experience supporting and developing solutions for Epicor ERP using BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, Dashboards, etc.
  • A thorough working knowledge of systems analysis and object-oriented programming
  • Understanding of the logical structure of software and the nature and limitations of hardware to ensure that the
underlying systems will meet user needs
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Commitment to company core values
VALUED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
  • Programming languages may include RPG, SQL, C#, .NET, Scratch (or other block coding solution)
  • Prior experience supporting Siemens Solid Edge
  • Software expertise may include Epicor Kinetic Cloud, KBMax (configurator), and Mac-Pac
  • Adopt and promote lean practices in all activities, considering the elimination of wasteful resources for any goal other
than the creation of value for the end customer
