We are an 21-year old MSP, well established in the local market and locally owned. We are looking for someone to demonstrate system engineering skills in a customer service oriented culture.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering quality technical service to clients, both remotely and at client site
• Effectively communicating to clients to schedule and perform repairs/upgrades
• Documenting billable and non-billable work associated with work, both internal and on-site
• Escalations support of network and systems issues

This is a full-time, W2 position with full benefits. Hybrid work environment (You'd work some from your home, some in the office, some in the field).

Required Experience:

• Physical & virtual server migrations including MS Exchange both on-premise and to O365
• New installs and configurations of network equipment from vendors like Cisco, Netgear and Sonicwall
• Stand up of Dell PowerEdge server equipment, including iDRAC remote access, various RAID configurations
• Experience supporting virtualized environments (VMWare ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V)

Preferred Experience

• Completed industry training is a plus (MCITP, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, A+, Net+, etc.)
• Set up of wireless network AP's and mesh networks
• Previous experience with Connectwise Automate RMM, Auvik, and PRTG and PSA tool ConnectWise Manage
• Previous work with small business networking or an MSP
• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work as part of a team to resolve issues
• Good communication, documentation and time management skills
