The position is responsible for evaluating, developing and implementing projects, procedures and plant operations against established design criteria.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will answer and monitor phone lines and direct callers. Duties also include acting as a First Responder in case of emergencies

Provide technical support and problem resolution for incoming calls received via telephone, chat and email through remote support.
