Job Description :

    This position offers the option to be the succession plan for the Director of Human Resources in 1-2 years.

    POSITION SUMMARY:
      Under the supervision of the Director of HR, responsible for the execution and delivery of employee engagement activities, by utilizing proactive and responsive approaches to solve and address complex employee and employer related matters.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
      EDUCATION:
        Minimum:
        • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field, required.
        Preferred:
        • Masters degree in a related field, preferred.

      LICENSE:

      PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
        Preferred:
        • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CHHR certification(s)

      WORK EXPERIENCE:
        Minimum:
        • 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources
        Preferred:
        • Healthcare & Employee relations experience preferred.

      SKILLS:
        Minimum:
        • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner.
        • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
        • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
        • Computer literacy.
        Preferred:
        • Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic recordkeeping.
