GROWING BUSINESS needs a full-time Staff Accountant / Data Entry Specialist. $50K to start with advancement opportunities.

We manufacture specialty chemicals for a multitude of applications. And someone needs to keep track of the numbers!

Join our growing team! You will be the second hire in this department, excellent opportunity for advancement.

Skills:

• Maintain complete and accurate records of account relationship history, deadlines, and compliance requirements. Coordinate fulfillment of all company obligations with program, management and development staff;
• Provide support for, or prepare, quarterly, annual or other reports as required by internal auditors or governmental agencies;
• Prepare annual plan and periodic status reports, as required;
• Process account credit cards and ensure transactions are properly entered into accounting software.
• Familiarity with Quickbooks, Zoho Books, or other account software.
• Complete daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports.
• Understanding of 13-Week Cash Flow Forecasting Model is a bonus!
• All this, while keeping current P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet for multiple divisions of the company.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Sciences or related field and a minimum of 2 years related experience.

Candidate should have demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Superior skills with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is a must (strong skills in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets preferred). Familiarity with Zoho software is a bonus!
