We are looking for a Structural Engineer who has an industrial background with analytical skills who can quickly grasp the issues and needs our clients face, as well as evaluate and propose a variety of beneficial changes and system improvements.

Responsibilities will include assessment, planning, and execution of structural designs on a wide range of projects including new construction, additions and modifications to existing structures.

• Provide technical information throughout the various proposal, engineering, design, and construction phases to the proposal and project teams with regard to all aspects of Structural Engineering.
• Prepare engineering drawings and specifications for structural design.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations utilizing building codes, engineering software, spreadsheets, etc
• Prepare construction contract documents for structural design.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of International Building Codes, OSHA standards and Federal government standards.
• Work with teams of engineers from other disciplines to execute engineering projects for a variety of different clients and industries.
• Manage projects to meet critical deadlines and engineering budgets.
• Conduct shop drawing reviews and field inspections.
• Competent in the design of structural steel, reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry systems and components
• Experience in papermaking, power generation, food & beverage a plus.
• Preparation of construction cost estimates / Preparation of engineering cost estimates

SE or PE license preferred.

Although this position is Hybrid and work can be done remotely, but we need someone that is able to travel immediately to the clients sites/location anytime. Thus we need someone that lives closer to Green Bay, Wisconsin
