EHR Services is partnering with Cyclyx, looking for a Supply Chain Systems Project Manager. The role will be responsible for aiding in the development of a robust and efficient supply chain for the movement and processing of waste plastic. The Manager will be leading a team that defines the supply chain needs through strategic interaction to understand both the sources of waste plastic, the necessary processing, and the specifications and volume our customers need. We are seeking support developing and managing our Supply Chain Systems Projects.

Role Objectives

• Contribute to, understand and support the larger Cyclyx Supply Chain Vision.
• Develop system requirements and designs for the Cyclyx Supply Chain as assigned, via discovery and exploration (Interviews internally & externally, literature, academia, industry, software providers, consultants, etc.).
• Own Cyclyx's full lifecycle of assigned Supply Chain Systems Projects:
  • Need/Ideal capture > Definition > Discovery > System recommendation & Design
  • Documentation w/ Budget & Schedule > Facilitate Project > Monitor/Report > Testing >
  • Training > Implementation > Continuous Improvement
• Actively engage in systems design as needed, making design decisions and discerning when a larger design review support is appropriate.
• Define, plan and coordinate work teams; including coordinating cross- functional teams through influence to ensure project timelines are met.
• Facilitate project activities, monitor, and evaluate project status.
• Resolve project issues as they arise and or develop / facilitate resolution paths; seek support as needed.
• User Acceptance Testing.
• Assist with and or create Scripts, Policy and Procedures as assigned.
• Lead, Orchestrate and or assist with system roll outs.
• Ensure Stakeholders satisfaction in project roll outs.
• Ensures time and resources align with business priorities and objectives and escalates project risks to management as appropriate.

Requirements

Experience/Knowledge

• Minimum of 8 years experience in Business Systems Project Management.
• Experience in innovation & or design of systems with an emphasis on systems implementation.
• Prefer broad based SME level knowledge of Supply Chain systems, tools, and processes.
• Experience managing projects / change management; preferred in Supply Chain systems areas.
• Negotiating skills and experience structuring and negotiating commercial service contracts.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Experience communicating and collaborating efficiently and effectively with remote team members.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels in the organization.
• Experience and demonstrated results leading with influence and not authority.
• Experience in blank slate / green field / startup environments where operational infrastructure and services are limited or do not exist.

Education/Training

• Evidence of ongoing learning in any field or interest.
• 4-year college degree; prefer supply chain, systems or related area considered.

Position Mechanics

Reports to: Cyclyx Supply Chain Systems Architect

Type: Salaried; full time

Work Hours: Generally, 8:00-5:00 with some flexibility. Cyclyx has offices and projects globally, so occasional evening and weekend availability and work may be required.

Staff: None

Location: Portsmouth, NH preferred but not required.

Work environment: professional office and manufacturing.

Travel: Up to, but usually less than, 10% of travel would be required

Physical Demand is substantially that of an office environment. Occasional lifting and manual work.
