We’re looking for an experienced leader to join our team as our Chief Quality Officer. This position is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the systematic organization-wide Quality Improvement and Management functions; coordinating activities related to and ensuring and promoting the highest quality of patient care, the appropriate and efficient utilization of hospital resources including all activities related to regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for performing all duties associated with Medical Staff Performance Improvement and; facilitating and coordinating activities associated with Peer Review and Risk Management; promoting Performance Improvement/Quality Management activities throughout the organization by facilitating and caching continuous Performance Improvement team activities; and for ensuring Performance Improvement by fostering the design, assessment and measurement of important processes and outcomes that may affect the delivery of quality patient care and services. This position is responsible for overseeing the Infection Prevention Program and assists with Emergency Preparedness. This position is responsible for overseeing activities geared toward ensuring a safe environment for patients. This position is responsible for overseeing the Regulatory Compliance Program, ensuring organization wide compliance and achievement of state standards as well as DNV, CMS, and other applicable regulatory requirements
