Position: Tasting Lounge Manager - Front of House Operations

Hours: Full-time position, overtime as needed. Flexible scheduling. Weekend and evening availability necessary. Rotating weekends off each month.

Salary: Negotiable salary + tips + commission based on performance. Benefits include employee discount, monthly wine/spirit stipend, bonuses based on performance, and paid time off. Insurance benefits can be made available.

Primary Duties:

• Manage Tasting Lounge operations as the on-floor manager: train Front of House (Tasting Lounge) staff, scheduling, reservations/tours, inventory, service and experience, bartending, and cash drawer management
• Advocate promotions and Club Memberships to visitors of the Tasting Lounge
• Effectively promote and sell Infinity’s wines and spirits by meeting or exceeding goals
• Accurately pour samples of Infinity’s wines and spirits as well as wine by the glass and specialty cocktails
• Eagerly educate customers on Infinity’s distinctive product line and share company vision
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and motivate others to do the same.
• Applies all Infinity Beverages policies fairly and consistently as set forth in the employee handbook

Secondary Duties:

• Collaborate with Service Manager as needed with the following tasks: Seasonal Cocktail Menu, Interviews/hiring

Essential Skills, Traits, etc:

• 1 year minimum of prior hospitality management, training, or related experience
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Sales and/or service experience with proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Self-motivated, independent with ability to multitask
• Eagerness to continually expand knowledge level of Infinity’s product line and production techniques
• Ideal candidate would establish an atmosphere of teamwork and team culture for positive employee relations.
• Bartenders license or willingness to obtain
