Duties:

• Answers, processes, and documents incoming calls from technicians and customers.
• Talk with end user through a series of actions, either via phone or email until they have solved a technical issue
• Maintains effective call/ticket ownership by providing timely resolutions, maintaining contact on ongoing issues, and managing open items
• Escalating to other team members, either a higher Tier specialist when necessary to resolve the issue.

• 3+ years of technical support experience
• Experience with remote desktop
• Experience with computer networking - IP Address, Ping, wireless access points, routers and switches
• Ability to calmly and concisely communicate with customers
• Experience with CCTV security video systems is a plus
• Attention to detail and active listening skills
