Best Senior Living is one of U.S. News’s fastest growing segments, with a mission to help seniors and their families make decisions about housing and care. We’re looking for an associate product manager to help us provide more information to our users as they navigate this critical choice.

In this role, you will:

Support our data collection efforts

• Partner with tech to develop efficient tools and processes for collecting, cleaning, processing and publishing community data
• Analyze & combine data from direct, government and industry sources
• Supervise research and other assignments performed by vendors and contractors
• Assist as needed with direct outreach efforts

Support our product development efforts

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through user, competitor and market research
• Discover opportunities and insights through analysis of product usage data
• Partner with colleagues in design, tech and product to define, launch and measure new features and product optimizations
