In a typical day you will:

  • Answer 30-50 inbound calls a day while generating sales leads
  • Assist customers with payments, due date changes, and other issues
  • Recommend Mr. Cooper services such as paperless statements and the Mr. Cooper app
  • Promote Mr. Cooper products that benefit customers
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 1 or more years customer service experience
  • Remote position but must reside within 60 miles of Lewisville, TX

Skills:

  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Additional Benefits:

  • 3 weeks paid virtual training – equipment is provided
  • We are open Monday-Friday 6am – 7pm and Saturdays 8am- 12pm
  • First 90 days attendance required for training.
